With originality being important for them, they explained in an interview with DMC World “One thing we never do is copy anybody else. This is how we differentiate ourselves because our sound is unique and exclusive to us, this is attractive to the people we work with and the people that buy our music!”. Whilst their  their Facebook bio proudly boasts “100% straight up techno” they do note other influences ; “Our head is always full of techno contaminated by psychedelic funk and punk,.”

Dino and Stef have recently been announced to be returning to Miami’s Ultra Festival in March where they will be joining a bill that includes David Guetta, Aviici and Calvin Harris. Indeed there is a whole lot of love for these guys seeing them reach number 4 in “The Best Techno Artists of 2012” on Beatport. They have worked with some big name including Danny Tenaglia, Faithless, Roger Sanchez and Sophie Ellis Bextor.

Due to high demand from fans to come to the UK in collabration with RuckusRave and Trackitdown.net they are very pleased to finally announce their appearance in Scotland for the first time in May 2013.

Support comes from the Ruckus Residents.

Tickets go on sale Monday 11th Feb 2013.

Keep an eye on Ruckus on their Facebook Page.

Catch Mark Archer at Karma in February.

A lifelong passion for music matched with a geeky fascination for social media and websites resulted in the creation of Inverness Gigs back in 2010. The aim of the site is to help promote, support and generally raise awareness of the local music scene. In fairness fifteen years of being a psychiatric nurse never prepared me for the experiences that we have had over the last few years and the evolution of Inverness Gigs has certainly been a steep learning curve.I currently write (less and less), edit and co-ordinate most of the Inverness Gigs activities.Occasionally seen on Twitter, and  LinkedIn, if you want get in touch you can contact me direct at chris@igi.gs
