Prides played Ironworks on the Fifth of February to a strong Inverness audience, kicking off their eight date tour which ends in Lincoln on the 16th.
First to the bat was Alice Bentley who has very recently played Celtic Connections, perhaps a left field selection;
Next up London based Flyte, the four piece were named new band of the year in 2013 by the Guardian who described them as “the scratchy funk band who also do jerky new wave indie and mature MOR”.
As a three piece Prides can make an impressive, retro tinged tune or two :)
