Megan Blyth thumb - Megan Launches Devil's OwnMegan announces her gig more eloquently than we could :

“I am thrilled to finally announce the date and venue for the launch of my new EP The Devil’s Own. It will be at the Ironworks, Room 2, . There are a limited number of tickets for the event and they are priced at just £5. I will also have support from some very special guests (to be announced very soon). Meg x”

The Devil’s Own is the second EP release from Megan Blyth, following in the footsteps her self-titled 2012 issue. The tone of the new EP? “Dark” our reviewer commented, adding “but with a very silver lining” (Full review of Devil’s Own).

We last reviewed Megan when she was supporting Emma’s Imagination where our reviewer noted “It’s near impossible to not end up completely captivated when she takes to the stage, she flaunts incredibly intricate guitar skills and her lyrics are alarmingly deep at times”

Megan will no doubt get a warm reception from an audience who have keenly supported her throughout her, albeit young, musical career.

Given the limited space at the venue, we would advise getting tickets quickly through

A lifelong passion for music matched with a geeky fascination for social media and websites resulted in the creation of Inverness Gigs back in 2010. The aim of the site is to help promote, support and generally raise awareness of the local music scene. In fairness fifteen years of being a psychiatric nurse never prepared me for the experiences that we have had over the last few years and the evolution of Inverness Gigs has certainly been a steep learning curve.I currently write (less and less), edit and co-ordinate most of the Inverness Gigs activities.Occasionally seen on Twitter, and  LinkedIn, if you want get in touch you can contact me direct at
