Bryan Adams to play Montrose, as part of his Get Up tour, in August 2016.

In 2015  it was Madness who lit up the Links as part of the Montrose Music Festival, in 2016 it will be Bryan Adams rocking the Links.

Whilst he dominated the charts in 1991 with “(Everything I Do) I Do It For You” he has an array of hits including ‘Summer of ’69’, ‘Heaven’ and ‘Run to You’. The Canadian rocker released his 13th album ‘Get Up’ir?t=wwwinvernessg 21&l=as2&o=2&a=B013Q0IIYK - Adams to rock Montrose in October, which Adrian Thrills of the Mail on line said “there’s no denying he delivers with exuberance, affection and panache”.

Adams said: “I’m delighted to be back on the road next year. It will give me an opportunity to perform tracks from my latest album, Get Up, as well as some of my earlier classics. It’s going to be a special show, performing outdoors in Montrose. I hope my Scottish fans are able to join me.”

Bryan Adams will perform outdoors at East Links, Montrose on Sunday 7 August 2016, as part of his Get Up Tour of the UK. This is the Canadian rocker’s only outdoor show in Scotland which is being hosted by the Montrose Music Festival.
