Craigie Knowes and Andrew McGibbon of Filth head up new additions on the line-up for Tartan Heart Festival 2018.
As the Belladrum line-up becomes fuller, it is the turn for Mother’s Ruin to announce it’s lineup for the weekend. Drawing on some of Scotland’s top dj’s and producers, the line-up will see headliners Craigie Knowes and Andrew McGibbon performing on Friday and Saturday respectively.
Headliners on Friday have seen a decade in the business, the Glasgow based duo Craigie Knowes has released music by some of the best in the business including Bicep, Move D and DJ Overdose.
Topping the bill on Saturday night will be Andrew McGibbon celebrating 10 years of Filth the iconic Highland club night that he started in 2008 alongside dearly departed Inverness DJ Ross Lyall.
This will be a set not to be missed as Andrew speaking to us revealed;
“I’m delighted to bring Filth back to Belladrum, closing Saturday night at Mother’s Ruin. Ross and I always loved playing the festival and have some amazing memories of it. It’s a great way to celebrate 10 years of Filth and 20 years of me Djing.“
The line-up will also see stalwarts of the local scene including Alan MacPherson (Audiolife), MARC, Ckaz (Boobs on Decks), FLYNN, Andy Rough, DJ Dropz, Matt Lyon (Ruckus), Neil Ferguson and Fozko.
Whilst keen to bring a mix of genres, Mother’s Ruin will also offer the opportunity for an impressive amount of debutantes this year including Danger Giant Wolfhound, MW, Max & Craig, James Thomson, Cammy Harper, Rowan Spencer-Nairn, Iain Sabiston and duo Smith & Do Rego all making their debuts at Belladrum.
Belladrum 2018 will be held on Thursday 2 nd – Saturday 4th August 2018.
